My top seller for the week was a photo taken years ago between my usual work in California. I was on a real estate photo shoot and noticed this view. I can often take up to 20 good photos from one location if I have a telephoto lens. I surpassed my goal for the week! I may have to push the bar upward from now on! From this point forward I will be aiming for $125! My top photo for this week is of this security camera! This shows the need for basic utility images. It is funny that some of the best-looking photos are not big successes, but subjects like this are often great sellers! I hit my goal of at least $100 per week! Hopefully, $100 is my new bottom! I think there is a great chance of that. I think it might be safe to say that I am officially making my rent in stock photography! I might be paying out some extra fees for uploading and metadata services from my employee (thanks Ailene!) and software. Even with the extra fees, I believe I am just a month or two away from making my rent with stock photography!! I am happy to report that I have hit my goal of $100 last week! I am also on track to hit similar numbers this week, so far! Above is a photo of a yellow school bus. Detail shots often sell well, but they usually do not make any larger sales. Surprisingly, this photo sold for $11.88!! Maybe I should not generalize about certain subjects and types of shots!
